Paleontologists in Madhya Pradesh have unearthed a cache of 250 fossilized dinosaur eggs belonging to Titanosaurs. The eggs were found in clusters of nests, suggesting that these massive sauropods exhibited communal nesting behavior similar to modern birds.
The site, located in the Dhar district, provides crucial evidence regarding the reproductive biology and paleoecology of the Indian subcontinent just before the mass extinction event. Some eggs even contain remnants of embryonic bone fragments.
