Researchers used AI to model the sonic vibrations of ancient Sanskrit mantras, finding that they could theoretically stimulate nutrient release in microbial colonies.
This study suggests that the ancient practice of chanting during the Agnyadhana (fire ritual) may have had a scientific basis in acoustic agriculture. The research team is now conducting field trials to see if these specific frequencies can enhance modern organic crop yields in the Indo-Gangetic plain.
