A hidden chamber in a private haveli in Bikaner has yielded a 10th-century silk scroll titled 'Kala-Siddhi'. This unique manuscript focuses on the philosophy of time (Kala-Vada), specifically the concept of "synchronicity" (Samanvaya) between human action and cosmic rhythms. Unlike linear models of time, the 'Kala-Siddhi' proposes a multi-layered temporal reality where past and future co-exist within the present moment of awareness.
The scroll features intricate illustrations of "time-wheels" and planetary alignments used to explain the metaphysical connection between Karma and temporal flow. Historians are particularly excited about the text’s mathematical appendices, which use complex geometric ratios to define the "smallest unit of meaningful time."
